Anna and Al had their summer wedding at Church of St. Anne in Hamel, MN and the Lafayette Club in Minnetonka Beach, MN. This couple’s parents knew each other long before Anna and Al met, but eventually the two crossed paths at a mutual friend’s wedding and hit it off. Anna’s dad’s wedding toast during the reception confirmed that both families were very excited for the couple to tie the knot! Al is a graduate from West Point United States Military Academy and during his ring ceremony while most of the guys were nervous about graduation, he was nervous about proposing to Anna right after the ceremony. He planned everything out though and popped the question while they were taking photos together and with family after the ceremony. Of course, she said yes! After only being engaged for a few days, Anna immediately set up a consultation with me! So we scheduled a date for their engagement session in Elk River, MN while Al was in town during leave.
